If you would like to apply to be a 2013 OneBeat fellow, applications will be available on this website by December 17 2012. You must be from one of the 40 eligible countries and territories (including the U.S.). A full list of eligible countries can be found here: http://exchanges.state.gov/programs/cultural/onebeat.html
